Bean & Corn Salad
This flavorful dish will knock your socks off! It can be eaten by itself or with tortilla chips (its best with the Tostitos Hint of Lime chips - wow).
Bean & Corn Salad:
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can corn
- 3-4 tomatoes
- 1-2 avocados
- 1/3 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime, freshly squeezed
- A few tablespoons of salsa
- Bunch of cilantro
- Pinch of cumin
- Coarse sea salt
- Cracked black pepper
